The thing that has always bugged me about one aspect of this, working at home, is complicated Home Working Policies. There are so many issues around these that I’m sure a lot of people are discouraged from trying it e.g. Health & Safety Issues, provision of equipment and connectivity, security, insurance, tax and other expenses. All these CAN be dealt with, but it’s essential to consider them before going down that route.
